Tim Goldman is Sales Director with Mutual of Omaha in Columbia. He is passionate about the important work he does as a Financial Advisor, taking care of families and businesses, and managing a diverse team of Advisors that share his passion in making an impact in the community and in the lives of many for generations to come.
Growing up in Boston, Tim made a leap of and moved to South Carolina to attend the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business with his brothers. He graduated with a double major in Marketing and Management and started his professional career in Columbia working with Sprint, being part of the carrier’s initial launch Southeast team.
Tim has over 18 years of professional experience in sales and management, of which the past 11 years have been in the Financial Services industry. His management experience covers a wide variety of personnel management, project management, as well as individual and business client relationship management.
Tim is an active member of the community, serving past and present on numerous non-profit boards; working closely with city and state leadership on a variety of social issues, to include: Diabetes Awareness, Military and First Responder support, K-12 Education Programs, and economic development initiatives.
