Jada Willis is the Owner and Chief Strategy Officer for Willis HR, an accomplished Recruitment & HR Consulting firm based in Columbia, SC. Jada is actively involved business and entrepreneurial community. She is a Co-Organizer of 1 Million Cups, President of a business referral group, BNI and a member of the Human Resources Committee for SC Children’s Trust.
In 2016, Jada was named one of the Best & Brightest Under 35 and one of the Top 20 Under 40 in Columbia. Jada is an accomplished HR professional with 10+ years of proven success in various HR roles for Fortune 50 organizations, such as Verizon and Target Corporation. She possesses the PHR, SHRM-CP, and GCDF certifications. Jada holds a Master’s of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.
She thrives by serving and mentoring others. In Jada’s free time, she volunteers at local homeless shelters, is actively involved in church, and loves being a part of the Board of Directors for Sherwood Forest, 501c3.
